Hi, everyone, this is Doug, with this month's traffic report. Once a month, during the first part of the month, I send the report to the entire HUMOR list. Welcome to the month of November, 2000.

I am going to make you work for the Contributions of Humor. The jokes themselves will not be shown, only the link. Follow the link if you want to see what the joke is. For more information on this, see the Contribution of Humor section.

The number of jokes and Contributors are up again. We are close to where we were 2 years ago. Let's try for even more next month.

  • Randall was the 4th highest contributor in the past 4 months. Here is
information about him, in his own words.

Randall joined the Humor list in 1995. He has changed his email
address a few times since then but he's still the same person.

Randall grew up in a small town in Mississippi. After finishing high
school, he worked for a few months before joining the Navy. He spent
10 years in the Navy before returning to college to pursue a degree
in computer science. He finished his degree and got his first real
"computer job" in August of 1994 with a company called E-Systems (Now
Raytheon). Randall has since left Raytheon and works as an internet
    consultant.

Humor has always been a part of Randall's family. He often refers to
himself as a "fourth generation punster." His great grandfather
Woodman was referred to as "Ha-Ha Woodman". Puns were part of his
"training" growing up and he hasn't forgotten his roots. Randall
gets most of his humor from the various lists he subscribes to and
from friends who send it to him. There aren't many jokes out on the
    Net that Randall hasn't read.

To learn more about Randall and to see some of his favorite jokes,
visit his home page at http://members.home.net/rwoodman/

And finally, the one feature which has been featured in all
Traffic Reports, the Contribution of Humor. Since, I am not a
real regular contributor, I will not be providing new Humor.
Instead, I will provide a joke from the archives. It will be at
least 14 months old, so most of you won't remember it. I
will only provide a link to the joke, not the actual joke, although I
will provide the Subject line (Topic). Since there are now HTML
versions of all Digests, it will point to the joke itself.
